接德国IA公司通知，因不可控因素影响，导致材料成本大幅上升，国外从2022年4月1日起对国内代理商价格上涨。具体以询价单为准。

为了能确保给客户持续提供的产品。根据国外行情我司被迫调整产品销售价格。价格调整从2022年4月1日起执行。

需要各销售及时和已经报价的客户沟通并通知:4月1日前签订的合同，按之前价格执行:4月1日起签订的合同，无论以前是否报过价格。一律无效，均需要按新价格重新报价。
